[WIP] Borderlands HD ENB Mod Test 4

Test 1, 2 and 3 are cancelled or deleted. Since now updates and uncoming updates will be based on this test 4 or better.

Test 4 Updates:

1-Custom color correction
2-Custom and better post-proce bloom that change intensity depending of the Time of Day and light sourses.
3-Custom and moderated ilumination.
4-Removed old post-proce shaders and added new one with new values.
5-High quality occlusion and shadows.
6-Added a little more performance ( depending of the computer power of course ).
7-Use less Vram than before.. +750 MB of VRAM at 1680x1050 before and now 671/700 MB of VRAM at 1680x1050 so you need 768 MB of VRAM for the best performance because it change depending of many factors in the game. You can play with this even with 512 MB of VRAM but you need at least 4 GB of RAM at least if you play at 1680x1050 and if you play at 720p then minimum 512 MB of VRAM you need to play with this mod + everything maxed in the video options of the game. Good Dual Core CPU is need at least but Quad Core is recommended for the best performance.

In this Test 3 was :

1-Other value for the color and it response to the ilumination and lights.
2-Added more environment pictures.
3-Other values for the ilumination, lights, brightness and contrast based on the big planet and the Time of Day.
4-Others values for the bloom and HDR.
5-High Quality detailed distance and more sharpen everything.
